Someone asked me to try and debug a problem they had with reminders in Unified Service Desk.
One of the sample packages for USD comes with an example of how to implement an Outlook style reminder pop-up for activities. Sounds really good.
Except in their application the reminder dialog would load but was always blank. I tried it and got the same results. Then loaded the sample package supplied by Microsoft and got the same results in that.
Has anyone managed to get the reminder hosted control working in Unified Service Desk? If so, can you please share how you did it?
